THE INFRASTRUCTURE BEHIND YOUR HOME

Plan today.
Connect for years to come.

Your floor plan is the starting point. We help you think through how each room will work, then plan the connections to support it.

01 / NETWORK

Ethernet & data

Wired connections for home offices, TV locations and the devices that benefit from a reliable network.

02 / WI-FI

Wi-Fi access points

Plan ceiling access-point locations and wiring around your home's layout and coverage needs.

03 / SECURITY

Camera pre-wiring

Plan camera locations and network cable routes before walls and exterior finishes limit access.

04 / AUDIO

Whole-home sound

Speaker wiring for living spaces, bedrooms and outdoor areas, with equipment locations planned in advance.

05 / ENTERTAINMENT

TV & home theater

Think through screen placement, speaker locations and concealed wiring for a clean finished room.

06 / ORGANIZATION

Central wiring & pathways

Plan an accessible home for network and AV equipment, and discuss conduit for future cable additions.

THE RIGHT TIME TO PLAN IS NOW

Open walls.
More possibilities.

Building a home involves hundreds of decisions. Getting low-voltage wiring into the plan early gives you time to choose locations and coordinate the work before insulation and drywall.

Let's look at your plans ↗
01Where will you work, watch and listen?
02Where will Wi-Fi and cameras be needed?
03Where will the network and AV equipment live?
04What should be wired now, even if installed later?
FROM FLOOR PLAN TO FINISHED HOME

A clear path through the build.

Wiring a home involves two or three phases. Phase 1 is Pre-Wire: wiring for the planned technologies. Phase 2 is Trim-Out: terminating the wallplates and wire panel or rack. Phase 3 is Integration: which may include installing TVs, surround sound, cameras and Wi-Fi.

A FEW QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before the walls close.

When should I contact you during construction?

Ideally during planning, before the low-voltage scope and locations are finalized. If framing is already underway, call with your schedule so we can discuss access and coordination before insulation and drywall.

Do I need to choose all the equipment now?

Not necessarily. We can discuss the functions and locations you want first, then determine which wiring and pathways make sense to install now. Equipment choices may affect the wiring, so planning together is useful.

Can you work with my builder and electrician?

Yes. Share your project team and construction schedule so we can coordinate the low-voltage scope with the rest of the build.

Do you also work on remodels and existing homes?

Yes. Major remodels and retrofits are welcome. The available access and existing finishes help determine the best wiring approach.

What do you need to prepare an estimate?

Your project city, floor plan if available, construction stage and a description of what you'd like wired. We'll discuss the details and whether a site walkthrough is needed.
